Taping is a scientifically proven method that came from Japan. It is applied in rehabilitation as an aid, which doesn’t constrain joint range of motion and allows the muscle-skeletal and nervous systems self correct. Different taping techniques are based on anatomy, bio-mechanics and physical knowledge and principles.
Taping is applied to:
- relieve inflammations
- improve lymph and blood circulation
- correct muscle, tendons and fascia
- carpal tunnel syndrome, epicondylitis
- decrease swelling and hematomas
- correct posture
With the help of an electro stimulation machine the muscles are involuntarily contracted. During this an exercise is being performed to overcome this contraction. Applying different frequencies muscle power, and endurance is increasing. There is no need for additional weights or other inventory.
Transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) is a modern clinical trial approved pain relief method. Muscles, joints and soft tissues are manipulated through the electrodes on skin. Electric impulses transferred to the muscle fiber reduce intense or chronic pain and inflammation.
When to apply:
- joint pain
- back muscle pain
- post surgery pain
- to improve blood circulation
- to reduce inflammation
